When first seeing the photo, my mind thought "let's change the season/weather!" so I did. haha
1) Duplicate layer so I don't mess up the original. 2) Duplicate layer again and lower saturation and lightness levels. Set layer on "color" 3) Cropped a little. 4) Duplicate top layer, used masking for the sky ish area and changed hue and lower saturation some more. at about 74% opacity 5) New layer. added some white on the ground and beveled the layer. soft light for the layer setting 6) New layer again, added blotches of white, same bevel and soft light for layer setting. 7) New layer again. added the dots and stars and what not for snow flakes and added a slight chisel bevel. 8) Enlarge canvas size and make the background layer a dark grey. Flatten and you're all done!
