If I may add one more tiny thing, although the ripple is a nice idea, if it was overdone, like over the whole surface of the mirror, then that might not work so well, so maybe just a little bit where the hands come out.. just a teeny bit..

What I wanted to add is that the body inside the mirror would benefit from being a bit darker. Our natural perspective is that is something is darker, or blurred, then it's farther away, hence the play with depth of field and lighting. That's also why P&S shots in the daytime look really flat. So to add more depth and give the illusion that you are actually behind the mirror, you could darken the body just a little bit.

Overall, I loved the photo, I enjoy using photoshop to create impossible instances, and mirrors are a great medium for that. Especially when you want to show what you are feeling inside..
