What you did not say is what you are photographing. It's one thing to do portraits and quite another to photograph diamond rings.
The studio in the living room of the house I moved from in May 2009.
The setup was for product shots of custom knives.
As for me, I'm a generalist and shoot automobiles to rings. So I have two studios. One in my home for portraits and small products. The other is in an 11,000 square foot building which features drive-in doors so I can shoot objects as large as an automobile, big groups of people or even build working sets.
