I took this picture from the plane flying into boston. I like it but wondered how much more interesting it would be as a painted picture. I ran a PS filter and an Alien Skin filter and set the blend modes to soft light, and overlay and then played with the opacity. It reminds me of one of those pics you see in restaurants that give you a view of the city for some reason...
