I actually had quite a bit more fun with this one than the last WWYD.

I started off by using the pen tool to outline the young lady and then I turned that into a selection. Next, I found a picture on the web which would be suitable for my concept. Again, I duplicated the base layer then selected the billboard and erased the contents. Next I created another layer which I dragged below the duplicate layer then used brightness and contrast to make it completely white. I then created a fill layer for the billboard background which I placed above the white layer then made it a clipping path with the white layer. With the duplicate layer selected and the billboard itself selected, I painted in the colour from the fill layer. Then I went back to the original and dragged the little girl over to the other image and then transformed it to match with the perspective of the billboard. Finally I added the text and did the same transformations to alter it's perspective, too.



I couldn't seem to find a way to make the lettering look smoother... I don't know... maybe it was the font I chose. Any advice in this area would be appreciated.

After seeing it posted here, the letter doesn't look as bad as I thought. Still any suggestions on improving the look of the lettering would be appreciated.

The lettering looks fine to me - I like your take on this, it is very good!
