Since the community center is open to the public, as it was a public event, you could technically sell it to a newspaper. But, while getting the names for the cutline info, it's always good Identify yourself and inform the couple why you shot their photo and what you are planning to do with it. It's always to followed good journalism practices and get the who, what, when , where and why's (5W's) before submitting any photo to a publication. It just makes you look more on the ball, instead of the editor asking, "Did you happen to get their names?" and then sheepishly replying "no". Always do as much work possible so that someone else doesn't have to take busy time out of their workload to follow up on yours. If you sell it for an ad, you'll need a model release signed.
