GOAL:
No real goal this time, just played around until I saw something I liked.
What I did (in Paint Shop Pro 8):
-Unsharp mask (radius 75, strength 30)...three times
-Saturation boost (~10)
-Curves adjustment (increased brightness)
-Duplicated Layer
-Applied gaussian blur (60)
-Layer blend mode DIFFERENCE at 100%
-Merged layers
-Curves adjustment (increased brightness)
-Added borders
