Duplicate image - super over sharpen bottom image & boost stauration - erase eyes on top layer - duplicate again - adjust levels so image is very light - erase areas to show detail - duplicate - add a white vingette - duplicate - add texture layer and erase areas to show - flatten image - I have a ton of frames that I have saved in a folder so I just pasted the image as a new layer onto the frame
