did far too much with too little results.....
extracted bird from background and pasted on a new layer.....reduced to pure black......for the background i laid a gradient of purples and started adding stars with the custom shape tool......made a moon with the elipse tool and added bevel and emboss on one.....copied and added a slight texture to it's surface......weeds are again the custom shape tool.....layers of mist made from soft white and pale blue brushes...blurred them, ruduced their opacities and wove them between, behind and before all of the objects.....vignetted dark blue and a dark purple....flattened the whole thing before i realised i hadn't rasterized the effects which changed my moon completely......
went "oh well" and uploaded.....
