For each hole, I would try to find one feature that really highlights that hole, maybe something it is known for, or the point of view that is the most picturesque. That place isn't necessarily the tee box or the green. It would be that SOME of the time, but sometimes maybe it is a shot from the green looking back in the other direction. It doesn't sound like you need any artsy shots that don't really show a golfer what the course looks like--close-ups of the hole with an OOF golfer lining up a putt, stuff like that--but you need what any good landscape shot has.
