I'd really like to see the shot wider and cropped landscape to be honest. Wood hit the nail on the head with the shirt. Between it being so overwhelming, the speeding car and the pinched crop the eye really ends up all over the place.

I am admittedly fairly new to this but I would have shot several shots then not told my subject when I was going to shoot again to get around that "I'm smiling and not looking so shoot already" look that subjects get sometimes especially in a candid situation. One other thing I've read repeatedly is to frame your subject and 'know' your background. The car flying by really detracts from the photo and of course cropping wider is just going to make that worse.
