Your best lighting is going to be sometime before sunset. When those golden tones cast those long shadows. I would bring the 50mm and the 55 - 250mm lens unless you want to get a lot of the background into the shot with your subject in that case, bring them all. Did you consider bringing an off camera flash to the shoot and/or a reflector? They can really help eliminate shadows. Hope that helps.
