Cropped, then used Adjustments: Shadows & Highlights to bring out some details. A little dodge and burn here and there. hand sharpened details. Film blur around edges to put more emphasis on face also added a slight vignette. Created a duplicate layer removed some noise from the top layer, created a layer mask then "erased" areas I wanted to preserve details in ie. around eyes, hair, and other prominent features. merged layers converted to B&W, adjusted levels, added a subtle layer of warm toning to finish it off.
