Hi, you need to put in the camera information, ie ISO setting, f stop, etc.
Your macro lens looks like a wide angle lens 24-70mm, if it has a 'macro' setting of 1:2 then you subject is only half the size. A dedicated macro lens will be 1:1.
Also put on non better shots and information so people can give you some advice, otherwise they will guessing at what went wrong which may be of no help to you.
