I'll try to remember...it was a multi-step process until I got it to look half decent. I first opened up the eye areas to accommodate an eye. I started with the elliptical marquee tool, made a circle roughly the size of an eyeball in where the eye should be and filled in with the color black. I then added a little blue color and then brushed in a little green color over the black. I adjusted the opacity down until it looked OK. I then created a smaller black dot to create the pupil. I finished by using the dodging tool to lighten it a little further and added a small catch light. Once I was happy with "the eyeball," I cloned it into the other side...so you only have to make one, lol
