I like moon shots. To improve this one, i would go to full extent of your lens, you had still 20mm that may have given you a bit of an extra edge and also i would have used an aperture value of F11 to get more depth of field and see more details of the moon, of course doing so you would have had to add a longer exposure.

Unfortunately, i took this one at the full moon so details are not as sharp as could be but a few days before or aftermakes a big difference. I used a 300mm F11 and ISO 100.
Also you wont get the same direction on the moon since you are down under i think.
