Really... That's great. I'm in the Navy and I'm actually at sea right now. That is why I can't post any of my photos for advice and critics. I am an Aviation Electronics technician. I have been in the Navy for about 14 1/2 years. I just discover the art of Photography and I love it. My wife bought me a Nikon D60 and she had it shipped to me. I can't seem to put it down. I want to learn more. I have read advice and posts all over DPS. I actually learned a lot from DPS. I have also order books and had them shipped. I just finish "understanding exposure". That was a very helpful book. I now know that I really didn't know how to use my camera. My photos now look 100% better. I'm actually going through my lightroom and getting rid of my garbage photos.
The Navy is nothing like it used to be, even since I came in. But, I have learn a lot from the Navy and plan on getting the Navy to pay for some photography courses. I have learned a lot from your posts. I actually print out some of your posts and put them in a notebook for reference. I'm practice everyday...
