This town was put on the map by the TV show, Extreme Home Makeover. They built the home in the background. It still looks as good as the day the home was finished. They also completed the water mill that the man had spent so much of his time trying to restore before he died. We visited the mill last summer and it doesn't seem to be looked after. I've always had mixed feelings regarding this episode of the tv show...the man put the restoration of the mill above and first over the care of his family and the home they were living in. It seems fitting that the home now appears well cared for while the mill is left to deteriorate anew. (Just my personal opinion)

I'd like to have some of those very best ever hamburgers. I was in the mood for a hamburger this weekend and was so sorely disappointed. If I'm up in your neck of the woods, I'd love to try out that place. I agree it is a shame to work on a mill to the detriment of your family. I hop the rest of the family will stay close.
