Your image has a lot of potential! Dramatic clouds, great sky, leading lines etc.
What I would do is to create a bit more contrast in the clouds. Do some selective burning and dodging. Unsharp mask (straighten).
Might even be inclined to see what this puppy looks like as a black and white. A very and I mean very slight vingette
For me, the dramtic clouds are screaming for black and white
