First of all, I think this shot is really cool already, so my edit isn't an improvement, but rather a slightly different take.

What you would do #16

GOAL: No clear goal this time, except b&w conversion, more emphasis on droplets, and clearer background subject

What I did (in Paint Shop Pro 8):
-Cropped (went for the long narrow crop to accentuate droplets falling down the window)
-Desaturated
-Unsharp mask (radius 75, strength 30)
-Histogram adjustment (-15)
-Added a little green
-Rotated shot .6 degrees to get the droplets more vertical
-Rotated entire shot 180 degrees so "trees" would be upright and seem more like the background subject (perhaps in real life these are branches??)
-Added black borders for mood
