I prefer the color of the shirt in the second image -- the first one seems to have a yellow cast that seems a bit much. In the second one, the shirt is perhaps shifted just a shade too far towards blue, but it still looks better to my eye. As for the face, I much prefer the first image for its more accurate representation of the skin tones. The second one simply has too much of the color washed out on the forehead and chin. In addition to FoG's suggestion above for fixing the eyes, you should be able to create a mask of the shirt and a bit of the pink above her hand and reduce the yellow. That will also change the hair on the lower right side, but that to me also looks better in the second image, and so could benefit from the tonal shift.
