No, I don't think you are crazy. I have a three flash set up now with Cactus V4 and three receivers, stands, umbrellas, backdrop, 4'x6' reflector. I did some studio-like work this last weekend in my garage and only used two flashes with the V4s but got nice results. I also happen to be a musician and have a case for speaker stands that nicely carry everything but my cameras and lenses.
