Well, if you didn't get your glass back in December 2008, during the limited discounts ... it is going the wrong way, now.
On average, nearly everything is now up $20-$100 than March 31st, 2009, as the dollar declines in value. Definitely "INFLATION", because the product certainly did not get any better.
The one outstanding exception is the
CZ 24-70mm f/2.8, which dropped $150.
I guess if you are out of work, due to the economy, you can afford higher priced glass. Sure, why not?
Oh yeah, the
α900 dropped $300, too. So, if you wanted a new camera and killer lens to go with it ... the
α900 and
CZ 24-70 f/2.8 ... the total is $450 less, now. Give some to get some, I guess.
At least the glass in your bag is probably worth .. more?
