I'm feeling a little less than happy with their products. I bought a set of studio lights from them. They worked well for a few months and then the on'/off switches fried. I can plug them in to turn them off and on, but it becomes a big annoyance.

Granted they were not expensive, but they were not heavily used and less than a year for both lights leaves me feeling a bit disappointed. I don't think I would recommend them. Kind of bugs me that so many customer reviews on B&H were so positive.

If you have the website, customer service email and phone # could you pm them to me? I don't know if they'll help me after a year, but I'd like to see what replacement switches cost.
