do it yourself magnatic photo cables
i first saw the magnetic photo cables on this site, i loved the idea but they were $55 for only 5 or 6 strands....little out of my buget.especially these days! then i realized, "hey, i could make them myself!" i went down to the hardware store, got 30 feet of 1/4in steel cable (19 cents a foot), got 10 cable-crimp things at lowes ($1.30 per bag of 2), one pack of little extra strength magnets ($6.00), and 5 lead weights that you can get any where fishing tackle is sold ($2 somethin for bag of 3). went home threw them together in about ten minutes. so buy them for $55.00 or make the at home about $20. and if you want, you cant spray paint them any color.
