Hello all,
My name is Danica, I'm a 19 year old intermediate photographer.
I've loved taking pictures since I was 3. Though my technique and photography skills have changed quite a bit since then (thank God), I still have the same love for photography.
Due to finances, or lack thereof, I still have a point and shoot.
I use a Canon Powershot SD1000, and have been trying to get the best quality that I can out of it.
My dream 'next step' camera is a Canon Rebel XSI. Still working towards saving up and praying for one.
Though I have already done pictures for a relative's wedding, and a friend's business conference, I still feel like a newbie at times.
I'm getting there.
I've started doing portraits for family and friends. -Family pictures, Seniors pictures, Engagement pictures, a Bridal shower, and a wedding this Summer.
I'm excited to start doing photography as a business.
(Any tips or suggestions would be great!)
I appreciate DPS so much, because they have tips for everything I had questions for.
I don't have to search the internet for hours, or scour my library's selection of photography books for the information I need. It's all here.
