Well I'm new to photography but I've been taking pictures since I was 10. I have never really gone any farther in my thought process than just taking pictures to freeze time. Most of my photos were taken for scrapbooking purposes. I got tired of not getting good shots of school programs with my kids and their sporting events so I studied up on cameras a little bit and decided to go get a Canon Rebel XTi. Now that I have a camera that can actually do some cool things I want to use it for that! So... DPS here I come and I'm ready to learn! Oh and I have two lenses: an 18-55mm and a 75-300mm.
