The blog deals with lighting on a budget (speedlights) and tackles a lot of things that came up on your shoot (like balancing flash and sun). I think it would help you become an even better photographer.

I totally agree.
As for the photo - the only minor flaw is the bit of movement at the top of her head. I see a tiny green cast in her hair as well, but otherwise, great treatment of a pretty model.
