As Wulf said there are a few issues with the photo but, I ran a copy through Camera Raw and applied a Daguerreotype preset (this is an emulated emulsion) which produces a vintage toned image with vingetting. I also applied a vingette to the color version in CR using the vingette slider (a lens and post crop vingette).....

Yo need to work on the composition a bit, don't want to repeat but there is no object of interest to draw the eye. There are also no leading lines or any other such thing as would pull your eye into the image and say this is what the photographer wanted me to see. Explore this forum and also search the net for more info on composition.

The image you shot appears to be exposed nicely, but lacks sharpness because of the aperture used. When shooting landscape try to keep it at f8-f16 and adjust your shutter accordingly.
