I do it, but...
I generally always take my camera with me, and when I have to, I leave it in the car on the floor in the back. I drive a cross-over (or small suv). However, if it happens to be very cold, I generally will not use it until it has had a chance to warm back up to "normal" operating temperatures. Likewise, if it is hot, I will let it cool, If it is extremely hot, I try to plan not to bring it at all, and just kick myself, for all the opportunities that I missed.
I wonder what all this does to the sensor. Can anyone comment on this?
