No problem with that, looks like they did a pretty good job. Since it's a color negative I would have those sent out to be processed since developing color negatives is a lot more fickle with regards to temperature and time then black and white is.
Go spend 20 - 30 bucks on a changing tent, then 10 - 20 on a daylight developing tank and a few more dollars on some black and white developer, fixer and stop bath. Try developing your own black and whites it's a lot of fun but send the color negatives out you don't want to deal with the troubles of development.
