I like it. A lot! Great picture.
Maybe crop a bit of the sky out? Like take 1/3 or 1/2 of the space between the top of the picture and the building roof out?
Actually the roofline of the building in the background looks more than out of focus, it almost looks blurred from motion, but foreground stuff looks good so I don't understand???
