So it comes down to personal preference and priorities.
I dont have a Pelican camera case nor a fire proof cabinet. Not even the rugged leather camera bag. I know the camera will be safe in the car because its parked either in my garage or my office parking lot (with 24 hrs surveilence). But the catch is that its not a parking structure, its an open lot and like dakwegmo mentioned the 100 deg outside will convert it to 120+ inside. Another problem for me I work for a manufacturing company that is a US military and defense contractor, hence cameras are not allowed inside the building, sigh!
And I want to practice my photography during lunch, hence this whole dilemma. Well! I guess I dont have to worry about the heat getting upto a 100+ for another couple of months, will see how it goes in the mean time.
Thanks for your input guys.
