Oil Paint
In PS CS3:
- Used the curves to enlightened
- Boosted the contrast
- Cropped out the top
- Added some vignetting
In Picasa 3:
- Used the graduated tint filter to retouch the sky
Back to PS CS3:
- Painted with Alien Skin's Snap Art
- Added frame
