One of the the things I like best in this, is the reflections of the clouds in the window. That, in my opnion, makes the whole scene. I also like how the wheels are turned out so it gives the whole car a more dimensional look.

I might try and get rid of the telephone lines by cloning or using the scratch remover tool. They really take away from the scene.
One thing I do with my hdr images is to try and remove some of the noise that apears. Especially when you are using something like Topaz Adjust or are trying to duplicate an hdr image with using one image.
