@300busa - I am using Photoshop elements 7. Its tool box has a brush with the Band-aid icon. But that's the Clone tool which I used. I guess Elements doesn't have any other healing brush..
Also.. 300busa.. your image with the high color saturation of blue is disturbing me a lot.
Maybe I will try to add the blue color to the sky and leave the rest as it is. Let me see if I will surprise myself again..
