hi sime, I am confused...You have two dates mentioned as to when pic should have been taken. In the rules it says ...Dec 17 thru Dec 31...and on a separate line/paragraph it says Jan 1 to Dec 31. Do you mean it could have been taken last year, but must be submitted between dec 17 and 31? regards, dame
