Hello my name is Martin, i live in Montreal, Canada.
I have been interested in photography for as long as i can remember but never realy got into it until a few weeks ago.
I own a Canon a 580 wich is now my wife's camera because two weeks ago i bought a brand new Canon Rebel XS, It has the original 18-55 af lens but i am looking to get a telephoto lens in a near future. I also bought a tripod based on the comments i see on DPS to stabilise my shots ( i do not like to use the integrated flash on the camera).
I think that now i can let my imagination go wild intaking pictures.
For the past weeks i have been carrying my camera everywhere i go and practice on getting all my settings right. I am lucky enough to be able to travel all across Canada for work and this will guive me, i think great photographic possibilities.
I discovered DPS by mistake looking at diferent photograph styles on the web to try to see what i like and find my own style, I just love DPS and all the tips for this great passion of photography.
I am maried and have two sons and a daughter, all under the age of 5,
so again a lot of oportunities of taking pictures.
