This was a tough one!
Cropped
Cut and pasted the two white ducks (geese?) next to the goose in the middle
Used layer masks to show the wings over the two white birds
Put veil onto "bride duck" (I'm aware it's actually a male duck but it was the only one facing forward!)
Darkened the exposure on all but the main birds
Added speech bubble from "shapes" and text with type tool
Sharpened it all using unsharp mask
