For some reason this picture screams "Boring".
I'm not trying to be mean, but let me explain.
The water in the background is seemingly colorless bringing the color of the picture exceedingly lower.
The branch with the frozen water isn't angled good. If it was more in the middle, more towards the "center of attention" in the photo.
I like the idea, although, the picture doesn't work for me.
More color, better angle, and less distracting background.
