I will throw in another "me too" for Aperture. I own both Aperture 2 and Lightroom 2 (mainly because I got LR2 for free). Aperture 2 has a far better layout and much better organizational abilities than LR2 in my opinion.
Not that Lightroom 2 is a bad program by any means, it is a fine program. I just haven't found any compelling reason to use it over Aperture. Generally I am round tripping Aperture to NX2, sometimes to CS3.
