Gorgeous kids, a nice pose, and a lovely setting amongst the leaves. I think your DOF is great. I agree that it's a shame the baby's leg is cut off, and whilst I like angles generally I think it's a little severe. As mentioned, I think it looks like they're about to fall out of the photo.
I do think angles are great fun though, I'd just be a little less severe. I find it hard to get right, but when it's right, I think it looks great.
