Well, here's my take on the cheap photographer: I have learned from giving services cheap that the people who buy those services are the ones who want a bunch of things for free and don't value your work. I've recently learned the hard way that I need to keep my prices high. The people willing to pay more are usually my best customers and the ones who most appreciate my work. If someone can't afford me, let them go to the cheap guy. I don't care. That's just my take on it. Maybe go ahead and say you're sorry they don't like the photos, here's your money back, and tell them to go to the cheap guy. I'll bet you that afterwards they'd wished they had sticked with you.
