re above - you need to do it for only a short exposure and a 1/3rd of a turn will give you some great results. if you can get somting light (pale) on the edge of your subject it will make the whole image look very watery.

The pic below was taken about 10 mins ago was at 1/20th. I have found holding the camera in only one hand gives the best results. You seem to twist it more accuratly.
