LOL! You have no idea the moms I've dealt with. They do NOT want their kids faces to appear online under any circumstances. I just don't want someone to come across their kid's face and then come after me. I agree, I should just incorporate my model release into my contract. That would make the most sense.
Well, as it turns out, the mom hates the pictures. Surprise surprise. She says no one looks good in the portraits. Ugh. None of them had brushed their hair, the kids were jumping out of their seats, dad did nothing but frown...and now she thinks I suck. So now my worst fears are confirmed. I think she is blaming me. I did offer to redo them but I can just tell this is one person who is not easy to please.
