I am definitely right handed/right eye dominant. Which is why I do what they call Mono-vision prescription with contact lenses.
I have the right eye lens corrected for distance, which helps with photography when looking through the view finder and the left eye corrected for reading which helps when looking at the controls, dials etc. Otherwise if I corrected both for distance I would have to use reading glasses when wearing my contacts to read the dials, buttons etc.
Took a little getting used to, but I am happy with the solution
