I have purchase a new location which is 285 sq. ft. {9.6 ft by 30 ft. }
I want to setup a good studio in this space. I plan to keep my reception area length approx 8 ft.

Now in the remaining 22 ft. , is it possible to accomodate a small toilet and a changing room without compromising my photogrphy?
Or in other words , what should be the ideal length of a studio?
