Actually, this is sort of what this challenge is all about...i.e. "what would you do" to this picture that is underexposed, small, and blurry (your words). I'm assuming that there is a great deal of sentimental value placed on this photo because it is the submitter's grandchild...how wonderful it would be to salvage such a shot, even if it can't be totally perfect in the end. This thread isn't about how you would have taken the shot differently in another situation, it's about what you can do to save, improve, or change a shot using editing software.
