I'll start. Lots of steps
duplicate layer/ pasted eyes on as new layers, erased around parts i didnt want & sized & places / merged/ duplicate/ alien skin plug in shatter/ erases arund eyes, merge/ duplacte - selection tool around eyes, save to alhpa channel-promote selection to layer, make background active, selections, modify , expand to 2. press current selection promote selction to layer. brightness set to 255 and contrast to 0, drop shadow. deactivate selection. AAA foto frames plug in. Selecection tool around new frame ad created vignette.
