Here is my play.
Duplicated the layer and flipped it horizontal.
Messed with the Color Balance.
Duplicated it again.
Messed with Color Balance again.
Added a texture layer.
Changed the color balance on that too and set it to overlay with a Gaussian Blur.
Added a border.
